1. Introduction: The Email Discount Network™ ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Email Discount Network, LLC, located at 701 North Green Valley Parkway, Suite #200, Henderson, NV 89074 ("Sponsor"). One (1) Monthly Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing each month of the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received during that month. In addition, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and will be given a chance to replace the Grand Prize with the Bonus Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States. Void in Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited.
   
   
2. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins October 1, 2007 at 12:01:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends September 30, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST ("Promotion Period").
   
   
3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, living in the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Promoters, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and those living in the same household of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
   
   
4. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

   To enter:


1. Online: If you are not already an Email Discount Network™ member, go to www.emaildiscountnetwork.com and, register to become an Email Discount Network™ member. Upon completion of the registration form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
   
   
2. Offline: To Enter Without Becoming a Member of Email Discount Network™: Hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and age on a 3" x 5" piece of paper. Mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage to "Email Discount Network™ Sweepstakes," 701 North Green Valley Parkway, Suite #200, Henderson, NV 89074. Entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2008 and received by October 6, 2008. Only one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Limit: One (1) entry per person, per month, excluding additional referral entries described herein below. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
   
   Entries will be entered into the monthly drawing for the month during which the activity that resulted in the entry was completed. Entries received for one monthly drawing will not be rolled over into subsequent monthly drawings. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winner may be required to show proof that he/she is the authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. You will not receive confirmation of entry.
   
   
5. Selection of Winners. Monthly Prizes and Odds: On or about the 20th day of each of the twelve months ("Months") during the Promotion Period, one Monthly Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received in that Month. Grand Prize: On or about August 8, 2007, one Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all Sweepstakes entries received during the Promotion Period. Random drawings will be conducted by SCA Promotions, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. Odds of winning a monthly or Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Contestant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfillment of all requirements. Notification will be sent by mail to the selected winner within ten (10) days of the drawing at the address provided during registration. Except where prohibited, potential winner must sign and return, within ten (10) days of attempted notification, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, the prize will be forfeited and/or an alternate winner may be randomly selected in his/her place.
   
   
6. Prizes and Odds: One (1) Monthly Prize will be awarded each Month during the Sweepstakes Promotion Period. Monthly Prize is $500. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Promotion Period. Grand Prize is $500. Bonus Grand Prize: Each Monthly Prize winner and Grand Prize winner will be given one (1) chance to play an online game with the opportunity to replace his/her Grand Prize with the Bonus Grand Prize. Bonus Grand Prize is A = $1,000; B = $5,000 or C = $50,000 payable in one lump sum, if won. Odds of replacing the Grand Prize or Monthly Prize, as applicable, with the Bonus Prize are 1 in 1,200. If the winner is unsuccessful in replacing his/her Grand Prize or Monthly Prize, as applicable, with the Bonus Grand Prize, he/she will still win the Monthly or Grand Prize. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, registrations, and other fees, including any required insurance. Sponsor will withhold and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law of Sponsor's jurisdiction and winner's jurisdiction.
   
   
7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and Promoter's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
   
   
8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the applicable Monthly Prize and Grand Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's website (including the Sweepstakes website) or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
   
   
9. Release: By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, related companies, any company involved with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
   
   
10. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor, as well as any companies involved with the Sweepstakes, are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2) technical failures of any kind including, but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (5) electronic human or other error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property including, but not limited to, entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from Sponsor's website(s) (including the Sweepstakes website), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor's website by a hypertext link.
    
    
11. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of New York.
    
    
12. Data Collection: Sponsor and their promotional agency collect personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to the privacy policy. By registering for the Sweepstakes, you are also opting-in and agree to accept e-mail messages from Email Discount Network™ and its respective advertising affiliates as a condition of registration for and participation in the Sweepstakes.
    
    
13. Winner's List/Official Rules: For the name, city and state of the winners and/or a set of Official Rules, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to "Email Discount Network™ (clearly state) Winners OR Rules Request", P.O. Box 680681, Tulsa, OK 74158. VT residents may exclude return postage.
